Code of Ethics


Aware of the importance of ethical and social responsibility, KOS S.p.A. and its subsidiaries have drawn up a Code of Ethics, which outlines the principles recognised, accepted and shared at all levels when carrying out company activities.

The main objective recognised and pursued is the creation of value for all stakeholders, in full respect of the law and the principles of honesty, impartiality, reliability, loyalty, correctness, transparency and good faith.  

The principles and provisions of the Code of Ethics are binding on administrators, employees, and all those who work for KOS and its subsidiaries, whatever their relationship – even temporary – may be with the same.

The rules of the Code of Ethics centre on the following:

The Code of Ethics of KOS and its subsidiaries has been approved by the respective Boards of Directors. Any eventual variations and/or integrations to same shall be approved by the Boards of Directors and communicated to all relevant parties in timely fashion.

Violation of the provisions of the Code of Ethics may constitute the non-fulfilment of contractual obligations and carry legal consequences.
