Claudio Stabon

Claudio Stabon – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Claudio Stabon has been Head of Investments for CIR since 1998.
He contributed to the creation of KOS, of which he has been Chairman since 2008.
From 1989 to 1998 he was a Vice President with Bain & Co., working for the Milan and Boston offices as officer in charge of the M&A and Private Equity businesses.
Prior to that, he worked for McKinsey (Milan) and for Westinghouse & Co. (Pittsburgh, USA).
Claudio Stabon graduated from the University of Genoa in Electronic Engineering in 1983 and was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987.
He is married with three children and active in non-profit organizations for the children of the world.


Giuseppe Vailati Venturi

Giuseppe Vailati Venturi – CEO
Giuseppe Vailati Venturi contributed to the creation of KOS, and has been CEO since 2007.
From 2001 to 2003 he was Corporate Development Director of CIR S.p.A, following the company’s direct investments and the acquisitions made by its subsidiaries.
Prior to this he worked at Bain & Co. as a consultant in the company’s Milan office, working on different industrial projects and assisting in M&A transactions.
He graduated in Business Economics in 1994 from L. Bocconi University in Milan, and in 1998 he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Insead (France).


Enrico Brizioli

Enrico Brizioli – Chief Executive Istituto di Riabilitazione Santo Stefano
He has been Chief Executive of the S.Stefano Group since 2002. Prior to this, he was manager of the INRCA Health Planning and Organisation laboratory, Vice Healthcare Commissioner of the INRCA and, from 1997, Health Director of Jesi Local Health Authority.
He is a professor in health planning at the University of Ancona. He has carried out qualified research activities on healthcare systems, consultancy activities at a number of Regions and, from 2003 to 2007, he was a member of the LEA Commission of the Italian Ministry of Health.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna, before specialising in Neurology and in Hygiene and Hospital Management. He then completed a research doctorate in Neuroscience. He has held a number of Master’s courses and specialisation courses in healthcare management.


Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto

Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto – Director in charge of Medical Technologies and Chief Executive Medipass
Chairman of Medipass from its founding in 1996 to 2006. He was a founding member of the ISMS (International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment), Head of Medical Technology Projects at the “Polo Scientifico Tecnologico dell’Emilia Romagna”, a consultant for the VillaMaria care home and Montecatone Rehabilitation Institute, Chairman of TelemedicinaRizzoli and the not-for-profit Fondazione Montecatone, where he is now Chairman of the Scientific Committee.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna, before specialising in Neurology. He has held a number of hospital positions in the field of Neurology and Neuroradiology, attended specialisation courses at N.I.H. and other clinical imaging centres in Italy and abroad.


Paolo Tassinari

Paolo Tassinari – Director in charge of Care for the Elderly and Chief Executive of Residenze Anni Azzurri - residences for the non self-sufficient elderly
Between 2001 and 2004 he was Director in charge of Policlinico San Pietro, a private accredited hospital in the province of Bergamo and from 1998 to 2001 he was Administrative Director of Istituto Clinico Villa Aprica, in the province of Como.
Prior to this he worked at Società Antibioticos S.p.A., a Montedison Group company, in roles of growing responsibility in the area of Administration, Finance and Management Control. He graduated in Industrial Engineering from Milan Polytechnic in 1987.


Giovanni Giusto

Giovanni Giusto – Director Redancia and head of psychiatric rehabilitation area
Giovanni Giusto was Head of the hospitality service at SSM (Mental Health Services) LHA 8 Genova Voltri, Service manager at CAUP SSM (Mental Health Services) LHA 6, Health Director of the Villa Ridente care home, a consultant for the Ministry of Health, National Chairman of FENASCOP, and scientific director at Fenascop. He is the editor of psychiatry and human sciences magazine “Il Vaso di Pandora”, author of numerous scientific publications, and lecturer in the degree course on psychiatric rehabilitation techniques at the faculty of medicine in Genoa.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1978, specialising in psychiatry.



Daniela Colombo

Daniela Colombo – Development Area  
Daniela Colombo has worked in the KOS Development Area since 2005 and followed the growth of the company, focusing on research, recruitment and the evaluation of investment opportunities, with particular reference to economic/financial aspects, negotiations and contracts.

From 2001 to 2005 she was Director and Partner in BKN Corporate Finance, managing analysis activities pertaining to M&A, Venture Capital, and acquisition finance projects.
Prior to this she worked in both state and bank-owned investment companies.
She graduated with honours in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1989, and in 1991 gained a diploma as a Financial Analyst from the AIAF.

 


Achille Di Bernardo

Achille Di Bernardo – Finanza e Investor Relations 
From 1999 to 2007 he worked in the Milan office of Value Partners Management Consulting, carrying out important strategic and commercial development operations for major industrial groups and services both in Italy and abroad, and in 2006 was appointed Senior Engagement Manager. In the last three years he has specialised in the Healthcare sector, working with health groups, pharmaceutical companies and producers of medical technologies.
He previously worked in the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department at Elsag, of the Finmeccanica Group, in Genoa, contributing to the development of Information Technology services.
He graduated in Business Economics from the University of Genoa in 1998.


Paolo Gilardi

Paolo Gilardi – Administration
Between 2000 and 2007 he was Director of Consolidated Financial Statements and Internal Auditing at Saes Getters S.p.A, a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, dealing with the coordination of group companies in Italy and abroad as regards administrative aspects and internal auditing.  
From 1996 to 2000 he worked in the Turin office of Pricewaterhousecoopers S.p.A, as a chartered accountant.
In 1996 he graduated in Economics from the University of Pavia.


Giuseppe Motta
Giuseppe Motta – Management Control
From 2002 to 2005 he was Head of Management Control at Générale de Santé in Italy, where he focused mainly on restructuring the management system and relations with the parent company in France.
Previously, he worked for San Paolo IMI Bank as an analyst at its branch in New York City, where he was involved in corporate banking and finance projects.
Giuseppe Motta graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 2001 and completed a study programme at the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland in 2000.

Paola Signoracci

Paola Signoracci – Development
From 2005 to 2008 she worked in Pirelli Real Estate SGR S.p.A. as Fund & and Project Manager for the structuring and development of real estate funds.
From 2001 to 2005, Investment Manager in Palladio Finanziaria S.p.A and prior to this she worked in Gallo & C. S.p.A.(Gruppo Meliorbanca), managing many Private Equity, M&A and Structured Finance transactions.
She graduated in 1997 in Monetary and Financial Economics from L. Bocconi University in Milan.


Laura Spennagallo

Laura Spennagallo – Organisation and Internal Audit
Between 1996 and 2007 she was with KPMG Advisory, where she contributed to the development of the Health Business Unit. Over this time she gained plenty of experience in the health and socio-medical sector, developing projects for health and social assistance institutions, public and private, and projects at different institutional levels (local council, regional, ministerial).
She has sat on technical committees with the biggest names in the world of care for the elderly, chronic care and terminal illnesses.
She was a Project Manager, for the elderly and disabled area, on the Italian National Health Service Mattoni Project.
She graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1996.
