Corporate Responsability
Corporate social responsibility is the company's commitment to pursuing a sustainable growth model, integrating respect for the environment and the social dimension in business activities and creating value for all stakeholders.
For KOS, the below factors are central to the way we interpret our profession:
- as a healthcare company we can and must exercise social responsibility in carrying out our business,
- our vision, mission and values are inspired by the principles of corporate responsibility.
people serving people
Our stakeholders are:
- |
Our investors. |
- |
Our guests, patients and clients. |
- |
Our people: our collaborators. |
- |
Public administration. |
- |
Our suppliers. |
- |
Society and the community in which we operate. |
- |
Society in the wider sense, the global society: the needy across the world, far-away children. |
With respect to all stakeholders we are developing listening and dialogue activities, as well as the inclusion of expectations.
For some groups of stakeholders, clients, collaborators and communities, we have already developed guidelines and specific activities that we plan to further develop. With other groups of stakeholders we will launch the same dialogue process with the aim of creating further social value and promoting the company’s activities.
We are at the beginning and still need to improve, but we believe we have undertaken a consistent path that will enable us to pursue a sustainable growth objective.

Our collaborators
On their behalf we are studying and developing training and skills evaluation processes through a clearer definition of individual roles, responsibilities and goals, as well as the attentive evaluation of performances.
Our guests and patients
We have developed systems of dialogue and client satisfaction evaluation that enable us to tailor our work to their needs, improving service levels and participation in activities.
The communities
We believe we have an important role in the community as a promoter of development and change. To this end, we have decided to get behind two areas of social causes: support for far-off and needy peoples and socio-economics development.
We currently lend our support to
, an association that finances social projects for disadvantaged children in the Southern Hemisphere, in the areas of health, education and nourishment.
