PLACE AND PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services offered by this site (physically resident on servers connected to the network at the registered offices of Fastweb S.p.A., Via Caldera 21 – Palazzina E – 20153 Milan), is carried out at the registered office of the Company who is the data controller and the data is only processed by employees or other workers engaged for the processing. No data from the web services is communicated or published. The personal data provided by the users that access the service are used only to carry out the service or the work requested and it is not communicated to third parties unless said communication has to be made pursuant to legal obligations or is strictly necessary to carry out the user’s requests.

Navigation data. The computer systems and the software procedures used to make this web-site work acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data which transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
